When coming to register a new student please bring your child’s original birth certificate, copy of their immunizations, proof of residency (something tied to the house) and a custodial agreement if applicable. You will need to complete the New Student Registration Packet which includes New Student Information, Emergency Contact Form, Permission forms for internet and Field Trips, as well as a few other documents. Please plan on spending about 20 minutes to complete the forms. If you would like to save time you can click and print the Dry Creek New Student registration packet from the forms/resources menu and bring it with you.
